1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition (no scratches, dents or missing parts).
- Non-returnable items: Opened mystery packs, discounted clearance items, and personalized/custom builds.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
- Include your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund once we confirm the issue.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
- You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days for a refund (minus original shipping).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend a trackable service.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely (including all original accessories and documentation) and ship it back to the address provided in your return authorization email.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of approval, check with your bank or payment provider.
- If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with proof of your approval email.
