1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship across India and to select international locations. At checkout, enter your address to see available shipping options and costs.
2. Processing Time
- Domestic Orders: Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- International Orders: Processing may take up to 3 business days depending on customs paperwork.
- Custom or Pre-Order Builds: These items are built-to-order. Please allow 5–7 business days for assembly and quality checks before shipment.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Standard Shipping: Delivered by India Post, FedEx Ground, or Blue Dart (3–10 business days).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered by DHL Express or FedEx Express (1–4 business days).
- International Express: Delivered by DHL Express or FedEx International Priority (4–14 business days).
4. Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination postal code or country
- Selected shipping speed
Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over ₹3,000.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account to view real-time shipment status.
6. Delivery Terms & Risk of Loss
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier scans the package as “Delivered.” Please inspect your items and contact us immediately if there are issues.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refusal, unclaimed), we will contact you to confirm details. Re-shipping fees may apply.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by local customs. Please check with your local authorities before ordering.
